HOME INVASION ROBBERY IN THE 200 BLOCK OF RIPLEY STREET
On 4/4/16 at 5:42 A.M., officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Ripley Street in reference to a home invasion robbery with a gun. The investigation revealed an unarmed white male and an armed black male forced entry into the residence. The suspects went into the bedroom of one of the residents and demanded money. The suspects fled the residence without cash or property. There were no injuries and the investigation is ongoing.
