On 12/8/15 at 6:52 p.m., officers were dispatched to the area of Fourth Avenue and Providence Road in reference to shots fired.
Preliminary investigation has revealed a male victim was in a vehicle when a male suspect began firing rounds at the victim, and then fled the area. The victim was not struck by the gunfire, however, the vehicle he was in sustained property damage. Officers recovered multiple shell casings in the area. There is no further information available at this time as the investigation is on-going.
