Beginning on Monday, September 14 at 8 am, Pro Foundations, a contractor for the City of Columbia, will be slab jacking concrete panels for both sidewalks and streets, weather permitting, on the following sidewalks/streets.

Rolling Hills road (bridge approaches)
Tidewater near Buxton
Brown School Road near Interstate Rd
Southampton (west of Kirkdale)
Old Hawthorne drive (north of Bower Lane)

The work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, September 18 at 5:00 PM.
Slab-jacking is a process of raising and leveling concrete panels which have sunk and caused uneven driving or walking surfaces.
Motorist and non-motorized transportation users should use caution in work zones and find alternate routes when available.
