Parking Restrictions - Friday, January 16

Beginning at 5:00 a.m. on Friday, January 16, the City of Columbia Public Works Parking Utility will be performing crack seal maintenance on portions of the Armory parking lot and the 5th and Cherry parking lot via a private contractor. The work is scheduled to be completed and the parking lots open by 5:00 am on Saturday, January 17 weather permitting.

Parking on the Armory Lot, in the spaces directly behind the Armory building, will not be available. Armory permit holders, who park in the section of the lot which will be closed, may park in the 5th and Walnut Parking Structure in spaces marked, "Armory Lot Permit Holders Only". The larger "east side" Armory parking lot is not affected by this maintenance.  

Parking in the entire 5th and Cherry surface lot will not be available. Lot permit holders may park in the 6th and Cherry Parking structure in spaces marked, "5th and Cherry Lot Permit Holders Only". 

Vehicles parked in the Armory lot behind the Armory or in the 5th and Cherry surface parking lot on January 16 must be ticketed and towed at the owners expense.
