MISSOURI POLICE CANINE ASSOCIATION CERTIFIED OFFICER
On September 24, 2014, Officer Scott Hedrick became the first Columbia Police Officer certified with the Missouri Police Canine Association. Officer Hedrick's certification allows him to teach and certify prospective K-9 Teams in his field including the areas of drug detection, tracking, explosive detection, and controlled aggression. Officer Hedrick and his canine partner, Urac, have dedicated several hours towards achieving this certification. Congratulations to Officer Hedrick on this achievement!
