Two Reported Missing Endangered From Columbia

(COLUMBIA, MO) -

                                    TWO REPORTED MISSING/ENDANGERED

On 2/23/14 at 9:00 A.M., officers were dispatched to a missing person report at 3506 Marguis Court, an Independent Living Home, Lauren Ashley Pond, age 23, was last seen at 2:00 A.M. by staff. She was discovered missing at 8:30 A.M. this morning when staff discovered her bedroom window open with the screen pushed out. Pond is mentally handicapped and has life threatening seizures which she is currently taking medication for, which she does not have with her. Pond is believed to have left on her own free will with Stephen Clithero, age 32. Clithero was reported missing on 2/22/14 at 11:00 P.M. by his parents. Clithero is mentally handicapped and took his parents vehicle which is a 2006 Gray Ford F150 with Missouri License Registration 2PM 261.

Pond and Clithero stayed all night at a hotel in Booneville but left the hotel at 10:00 A.M. on 2/23/14. Pond and Clithero are believed to be traveling westbound on I-70 in the above vehicle. If anyoe has any information about their whereabouts, please contact the Columbia Police Department or any local police department where they are near. Pond and Clithero have been reported missing/endangered and agencies along the I-70 corridor as well as Kansas State police have been notified. 

Pond is described as a white female, 23 years old, 5'6", 230 pounds, medium length blone hair.

Clithero is described as a white male, 32 years old, 6'3" 325 pounds, short black hair
