MEDIA RELEASE - 11-15-13
COLUMBIA POLICE INVESTIGATE GUNSHOT VICTIM REPORTED BY LOCAL HOSPITAL
On 11-14-13, at 6:47 P.M., officers were dispatched to a local area hospital in reference to a patient who had come in with a gunshot wound. Officers learned the 26 year old male victim was brought to the hospital by a family member. The family member had been called by the victim to pick him up in the 1200 block of Range Line Street. At this time it is unknown where the victim sustained the gunshot wound or the circumstances of the incident. The victim is in stable condition and the Criminal Investigation Division is investigating.
