A limited number of tickets were made available for Columbia's low-income residents through an agreement with festival coordinators, Thumper Entertainment.
Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on September 6 for consideration. Applications are available online at www.GoColumbiaMo.com/parksandrec, or they may be picked up and submitted at Parks and Recreation's administrative office at #1 South 7th St.
Ticket winners will be notified by phone or email on September 9.
